Collaboration
This joint venture will be our first international deal since we started in 2018. The collaboration aims to build 1,000 beautiful yet affordable apartments. The first projects are under planning, and the first sod will be for the first half of 2023. For SIBS to rapidly expand and influence the future housing market, union with the UK and Ireland is essential.
