Our business produces residential buildings in a steel frame modular form: living room, bathroom, stairs, everything an apartment needs in a manufacturing setting.

2017

Our company began remotely through a groundbreaking ceremony with only 4 employees.

2018

Now that we had a plan, it was time to put it into action. To begin with, the operations kicked off minimally with just 1 module per day, and the number of employees grew to 116 as the business slowly picked up.

This was a crucial year as our development progressed rapidly. It was a struggling yet memorable year as our passionate employee left a lasting and positive impact on culture, values, and performance.

It was a steady year with ample growth. We produced 6 modules per day, resulting in 4 completed projects in one year.

With advanced planning, the introduction of automation, and the teamwork of 556 people – we were the proud producer of 6 completed projects.

With the new plant building in the process, we are expected to grow as a family of 800. As the new plant’s capacity is four times bigger than the current, we will produce 30 modules per day.
